As a photographer, I always think over one question: what image is. For me, with particular atmosphere and symbol showing in the frame , image seen to be a word or a sentence which could express specific meaning such as language . If we arrange them in order , maybe they will become poems or articles . In this project, I tried to figure out the relationship between words and images, at first I read American poet, Emily Dickinson's poems and chose some words which could describe my photography works. Secondly, I reformed those words to be a brand new poem. Finally, I saved my digital image as “txt”file to get the gibberish pretend to be ' the language of image and arranged the to be abstract line which represent the abstruse mutual sense between words and images. |
